1. Water Slides
What will make your Aqua City tour an unforgettable experience? Aqua city has 22 water slid, you name it. Closed tube-open water slide (Black-Hole) - 3 units, Open water slides (Spinning, Surprise, Comfortable) - 4 units, Open water free fall slide (Body Slide), 3 sliding slides (Multi Slide), Tube slide (Free Fall Tube), Twist Slide (Twister), Open water camouflage sculpture (Dancer-Brave Man) - 2 pieces, Space kasesi (Space Hole), Tube slide (Quick), Water slide on grass, Family Slide, Children's water slides (single and double), Child water slides in the form of a cobra snake, Children's water slides in rabbit form. There are more than enough slides to keep everyone happy. There are slides that take two people on the rubber rings, and at least 12 slides for individuals. The slides are at a range of heights, speeds and angles - so the brave and the not-so-brave can all have good fun. All those slides will make your Aqua City tour like water heaven in real life.
2. Swimming Pools
Aqua City has 2 open and 2 thermal semi olympic indoor that is suitable for all ages, 1 child pool, a wave pool and 22 swimming pool with its 22 different water slides in it. In addition there is a lazy river and a wave pool. There is a quite large section for very small people (ages 0-5) with cute little slides and mushroom-shaped things that water falls from.
3. Food & Beverage
If you are hungry while having fun, Aqua City have cafe and restaurant ready to offer you most speacial recipes. You cannot bring your own food. The food inside is reasonable also and there is a variety of pizza, burgers and Gozleme. A meal with burger/pizza and french fries and a drink costs approx €4 per person.
4. Tennis Courts
So if you want to do other activities that do not involve water at your Aqua City tour, do not worry since Aqua City has 6 illuminated outdoor tennis courts ready at the service for the guests.
5. Other activities
?If you want to have a break for a moment from the swimming and sliding, do not worry, Aqua City has other facilities that will amuse you during your Aquacity tour. There are a lot of exciting activities including unlimited entertainment with pool games, foot pool, foot boowling, foot dart, mini golf, archery, boccia, dart, pool party, water volleyball, endless animation activities, dance shows and many more.
How to Get Tickets?
The Aqua City ticket is sold at the Main Entrance ticket sales, general admission is: Adult 50 TL on weekdays and 65 TL on weekend, Family Prices: 125 TL on weekdays and 150 TL on weekend, Adult over 60 years old is 35 TL. Family prices is for 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old. Children 0-6 years old is free (ID is required). Locker is 2TL extra.
How To Get Around?
It is best to go around and have your Aqua City tour on foot, walking around between pools, slides and other facilities.
What Should I Wear?
There are some dress code during your Aqua City tour. You have to wear swimmer bonnets/ swimming cap in the swimming pool, children age 0-3 have to wear children swimming suit (with diaper). You are not allowed to wear bikinis, slip swimwear and marine shorts.
Best Time to Visit
It is best to have your Aqua City Tour during summer in Izmir. The Aquapark is open on Monday - Sunday 10:00 - 18:00 while other facilities are open from 10am - 11pm.
Will I Need a Guide?
You do not need a guide to enjoy your Aqua City tour, just read the written signs carefully, you also have to listen and obey the lifeguards for your safety.
How To Get There?
You can drive to go and have your Aqua City tour, but if you choose to use public transport the closest stations to Aquacity are: Balçova Last Stop is 402 meters away, 6 min walk; Thermal is 455 meters away, 6 min walk; Dörtyol is 671 meters away, 9 min walk; Turem is 776 meters away, 11 min walk; Nine September is 838 meters away, 11 min walk. Metro lines stop near Aquacity: Metro - M and bus lines stop near Aqua City: Bus - 169.
It is necessary to use swimmer bonnet in the swimming pools, but not in the Aquapark section pools. Children age 0-3 have to wear children's swimming pool to enter the pool. Families are responsible for children under 12 years of age. Visitors with physical disabilities, excessive pounds, neck, back, heart disorders and pregnancies are not appropriate to use slides in the park. Please follow the instructions from the lifeguards and the rules written on the signs in the park. If you do not obey the rules, you can cause serious injuries that will harm yourself and other people. Food, beverages and glassware are not allowed in the facility. In order to use the adult slides the minimum height is 125 cm. Do not leave your valuable and personal belongings unattended while swiming. If you can not swim for your safety, please do not use Olympic pools (Depth 2.50 m). Bikinis, slip swimwear and marine shorts are not allowed.
