1. Nature Section
Once you enter the museum, you can be directly welcomed by the section of nature. Some stunning collections are available here; one of them is namely Black Waves. What is it? The entire wall is highlighted by a projector moving around. It produces a kind of video of waves that also turn around in the room. Meanwhile, there is also another display; the overlay of flowers that moves continuously. The flowers are sometimes blooming, then, the petals are fallen, and they are finally disappeared. This art installation represents the interactions between human and nature. In the middle, there is a row of bean bags where the visitors can sit down and relax.
2. Town Section
This section provides the interactive collections. It means that you can just involve yourself to create the artworks. One of them is Sketch Town, consisting of tools for coloring including the pictures and crayons. After you finish coloring, the paper is inserted into a scanner machine and the picture is displayed to a giant screen. In the screen, your town colored is realized and even the cars are able to move there. Sure, the general look of the town in the display is Singapore City. It is proven by the Merlion Statue, Singapore Flyer, and of course, the ArtScience Museum itself.
3. Park Section
This is the other section that presents the interactive collections. Almost similar to the town section, here, the pictures to color are fishes. Again, the pictures are then displayed to the entire room's walls. The result is very stunning; it looks like you are inside a giant aquarium. There is also another spot with Light Ball Orchestra in this section. Just like the name, there are many big balls in various colors. Once you throw the ball, the color is simply changed. When there are many peoples and they throw the balls together, well, you can just imagine this. The room turns into an orchestra of colorful balls moving and bouncing.
4. Space Section
The art installation in this section consists of fragile crystal lighting spreading on the wall. So, the visitors are indeed forbidden even to touch them to avoid any damage. Actually, this section is not too large, it is only a small hallway with those crystals, along with such a soothing music strain. Once the crystal lighting is lightened up, it brings out the sparkling and colorful effects here and there. It is very beautiful and unforgettable. This situation is just like in an outer space, dreamland, or whatever. Make sure not to go here alone since you may need a friend to take some pictures.

The tickets are available at the entrance of the museum. Besides, it is possible for the pre-orders mainly if you want to enjoy some discounts. The prices are SG$17 for adults, SG$14 for the elderly, and SG$10 for kids. If you are the members, there are other discounts up to $4.

The museum itself is actually not too large. So, you can just walk around without worrying that it will be too tiring. Just like the points above, you can go around the museum sections starting from Nature, Town, Park, to Space.
What Should I Wear?
You can wear anything you want. Although the casual outfits are more recommended, many of the visitors wear their best and the most stylish outfits they have. The reason is clear; the spots are really stunning and Instagrammable. So, to support the photo captures, you may look beautiful as well. However, avoid wearing dresses which are too flowy mainly when entering the Space section. Yes, your dress should not touch the crystals anyway.
Best Time to Visit
The museum opens every day at 10 am, 11.30 am, 1 pm, 2.30 pm, 4 pm, and 5.30 pm for the last entry. Even in the weekdays, it is indeed always crowded. Therefore, it is suggested for you to come earlier. This way, you can feel more comfortable inside as well as taking the pictures can be done more easily as well.
Will I Need a Guide?
There are guides in each of the section. So, you don't need to hire any other tour guide. Make sure to listen carefully to what the guides and the staff there. As you may have thought, the museum is full of expensive and fragile tools and collections.

The ArtScience Museum is considered easy to reach from anywhere. It is located in the middle of the city; Marina Bay Sands, 6 Bayfront Ave, Singapore. You can ride the Blue or Yellow Line to the Bayfront Station. Then, follow the signs to reach the museum.
