What Should I Wear?

Will I Need a Guide?
In balloon rides tour, the pilot(s) of the hot air balloon will also become the guide. The pilots are brilliant, knowledgeable ones. All the staff are clearly very well trained and well equipped - also friendly and helpful. They will make you feel very safe, very relaxed, very confident as well. As tour guide, they are knowledgeable in being able to identify the significant pagodas and give you some background information.
How To Get There?
As the flight is dependent on both the wind direction and strength, the take-off and landing points as well as the flight duration can change although the highly-experienced pilots know how to achieve the best experience. The balloon rides facilities are including the accomodation to the take-off and landing area. It usually takes place at an ampty field outside of Old Bagan.
Children aged 0-8 years are prohibited from riding the balloons. The maximum weight that is allowed is 125 kg/280 pounds. flights can be cancelled due to weather conditions, try and do it for as early as possible during your stay.
