With a height of 106 metres or 348 feet, the Borisova Gradina T.V. Tower is located in the garden itself. The tower was claimed a monument many years ago. The tower is famous in the entire country as it featured in the first Bulgarian National Television broadcast in the year 1959. The tower houses 3 platforms which further have 14 floors. Constructed in the year 1958, the tower's architecture was taken care of by the architect and engineer, Lyuben Podponev. The first VHF broadcast was features from the same tower in the year 1962.

Other than the pitch and the seats, the stadium complex also houses tennis courts, gymnasium along with all gymnastic facilities, basketball court and the CSKA Sofia Glory Museum.
