Golkonda Fort area consists of four distinct forts within itself. Eight gateways, four drawbridges, numerous royal halls, temples, mosques, magazines, stables, etc. give the structure its original frame. Cherish the outermost establishment called the 'Fateh Darwaza' studded with iron spikes characteristic of the art marvels in the city. Bala Hisar serves as the highest point of the fort and is nearly a kilometer away from it. Located on the eastern side, it is the main entrance to the heritage site. The area above the door is decorated with designs of peacocks with ornated tails. Spreading over a massive area of eleven kilometers, the structure teleports its visitors to the ancient world of huge gates, ravishing pavilions, large domes, and religious spaces. Enjoy a stroll with your loved one in the overpowering fragrance of the gardens which make this place blissful. This unusual structure has beautiful palaces and an interesting water supply system. Decorated with exotic designs, the ventilation of the fort is fabulous and provides respite from the scorching heat of the sun even in the deepest interiors of the structure.

Mounted on cubical bases, the tombs' domes are decorated with lime stucco and colonnades.
