Tickets to the Museum can be booked online through the official website of the place. The museum allows group and individual visits with the entry fees differing for different age groups. The entry fee for adults comprising of more than 15 people in a group costs 1200 yens whereas that of individual entry costs 1500 yens. The general admission rates for students is 1100 yens, for elementary school kids are 600 yens and that of senior citizens above 65 years is 1400 yen. In case of physical disability or with a carer it is mandatory to show the disability certificate.

The Hakone Venetian Glass Museum remains open for public viewing throughout the year from morning 9.00 to evening till 5.30 pm. However, all entries are allowed only until evening at 5 pm. There are regular international flights to Japan from different parts of the world. From the city, you can access the place either via public or private transportation. By bus get off at the Odawara Railway Station or at the Hakone Yumoto Railway station and take the Hakone Tozan Bus bound. Get off at Hirosaki/Hakone Venetian Glass Museum. When traveling by Car, take the Tomei Expressway and get off at the Gotenba Exit and then move towards the National Route 138 to the Sengoku-Hara which is a 20-minute drive to reach the museum.
