Monday through Thursday open 10:30am - 7:30pm with the last person admitted no later than 5:30pm while visiting hours are 10:30am - 9:00pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Amsterdam’s Heineken Experience can be visited even by specially-abled people on wheelchairs. Free wheelchairs can be hired at the reception with a payment of €100, which is reimbursable upon your exit. Kids under 18 are admitted only if they are accompanied by an adult and, in accordance with Dutch Laws, they are not served with any alcoholic drinks. With the paid printed tickets, you get two complimentary beers of the quintessential Heineken. Have fun!
