Karachi Zoo is the largest zoo in Pakistan referred by Karachi Zoological Gardens. It is situated in Karachi, of Sindh Province in Pakistan, and it is the second oldest zoo in the nation after Lahore Zoo. At Garden East Area, in Jamshed Town, Karachi has this outstanding Karachi Zoo. Earlier known as Gandhi Garden, the zoo, established in 1878, was later renamed to Karachi Zoo following the Indo-Pak partition. Karachi zoo is a shelter for animals from around the world. Along with resident species, several migratory bird species are also seen here during specific seasons. Furthermore, for species like duck, gee, swans, a gigantic lake is there for alligators and crocodiles. The Mughal Garden is another remarkable highlight of the Karachi Zoo, featuring a tremendous zone concealed with wonderful blossoms and green grass.
