How to Get Tickets?

There are two options when it come to purchasing tickets for London Eye. You can purchase the ticket from ticket booth on the day you arrived at the attraction. Or to save you from the disappointment (and long lines) you can book your ticket in advance via online. Whichever are totally fine, though we highly recommend you to take the latter. Standard tickets will grant you a guaranteed entry to the London Eye with certain time slot, free entry to London Eye 4D Cinema, and Eye Lounge.If you want to skip the hassle of waiting in queue, we recommend you to buy Fast Track ticket.

How To Get Around?

Located in the heart of London, London Eye is located within walking distance from most major attractions in the city. It only take several minutes of walking to Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and Palace of Westminster, and 10 Downing Street from London Eye.

If you're planning to enjoy the city view from above, then it's better to come few hours before sunset so you can get on to the top on time as the sun sets and the city starts lighting up.

How To Get There?

The most popular way to reach London Eye is by taking the Tube that will takes you to the nearest Underground Stations, with the closest one is Waterloo Station. From the station you only need to walk for approximately 7 minutes. Or if you're not in a rush, you can hop on a boat that will takes you across the Thames River. Many Thames River services are standby at the London Eye Pier.

Additional Info

Food and drinkd are not allowed inside the capsule, though bottled water is allowed. If you need to bring food or drinks for medical reasons, you need to contact them first before visiting. This can be done through London Eye's website. There is also a bench in the middle of the capsule but available on a first come first serve basis. There are a few things that cannot be brought to the capsule: large objects like big bags, baby stroller, skateboards, bike, sharp and dangerous objects like explosives, knife, baseball bat, screwdrivers, alcohol, and pets. Do note that there is no locker provided.
