The Mandore Garden is open for the public throughout the year who can gain free access to the place. However, entry to the Museum is chargeable at Rs. 50 per person. The tickets can be bought at the source at the entry gate.
How To Get Around?
The Mandore Garden is an open area that houses prominent cenotaphs and is house to many beatific creations. Visitors have to walk around on foot to visit the whole garden and cenotaphs. As there are no guides to acquaint you to the place, the visitors are required to explore the place on their own.
What Should I Wear?
There is no particular dress code for visitors. However, considering the climate, visitors are advised to wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes as there is a lot of walking to be done. They must enter the cenotaphs barefoot keeping their shoes at the guard station inside the cenotaphs.
Best Time to Visit
The Mandora Garden in Jodhpur is open for public round the year from Morning 8 am to evening 8 pm. The best time to visit is from October to March as the climate is cool and not perspiring. Though the garden is open for 12 hours, the museum closes at 5 pm. Thus, plan your visit accordingly if you don't want to miss out the thrill in the museum.

Jodhpur is well connected to other cities of India. It has its own airport, however, the frequencies of flights to the place is quite low. The place can also be reached by rail and road. The Mandora Garden is located 9 km from Jodhpur which is accessible through local transport or by availing Bus from Main Jodhpur Bus Stand. There are private taxis, autorickshaws available from outside the railway station and airport.
