Merry-Go-Round Museum was opened on 14th July 1990 but the idea for the museum has begun in the year 1988. It was on October 1, 1988, the series of 4 carousel stamps have been issued by U.S. Post Office. The first set of stamps was mainly designed by Famous Paul Calle of Stamford. The featured animal was first born in the Kiddieland carousel in Cedar Point. Group of residents mainly organized a meeting for displaying armored horse carousel piece for showing it on stamps with many borrowed pieces so Cedar Point does not get all the attention. Issue ceremony was conducted at Sandusky amusement park with more number of people has been participating in the ceremony.

Muller’s Military Horse
Muller’s Military Horse is one of the most famous and magnificent carousel horses. Muller’s Military Horse has been specially carved Daniel C. Muller in 1917.
