Mission Rose Garden
As the name suggests, the rose garden is known for its wealth of blossoms. Adjacent to the Mission Santa Barbara, the Mission Rose Garden features a bed of more than fifteen hundred beautiful rose plants with the best variety of ancient roses. Covering the colossal land of ten acres; it consists of a large verdant area along with hiking trails, an enchanting pond, serene fountain, native oak trees, multiple sycamore and a historic olive grove devoted to veterans of World War I. The stunning enclosures of the garden provide an amazing site suitable for romantic wedding ceremonies. It remains open throughout the day. Visit this garden during the sunrise or half an hour later the sun sets.
Situated in the heart of the city, Santa Barbara Historical Museum highlights the photographs, textile, and furniture along with cultural relics and artefacts of Spain, Chum, Yank, Mexico, and China.
