Mohammed V Square is strategically located at the heart of the modern city, Casablanca and in the south of United Nation Square. Those two buildings are connected by Hassan II Avenue. It was designed by architect Joseph Marrast. This square is the symbolic of Moroccan Art Dec architecture. Mohammed V Square was used as the Consulate o French, the central post office, the administrative office, and the bank of Morocco. The square's name is taken from the name of the former Sultan, Mohammed V. This square presents building with cannons, old law hall and stunning gardens which becomes tourists' favorites.
