The Carmen Thyssen Andorra Museum is an art center located in the Escaldes, parish of Escaldes-Engordany, Andorra, on the ground floor of the old Hostal Valira. It was inaugurated on March 16, 2017, with the 'Scenarios' show including twenty-six works by artists such as Ramon Casas, Paul Gauguin, Hermen Anglada Camarasa and Richard Estes. The headquarters of Andorra of the institution was the first international, after the Thyssen Museum in Madrid and the Carmen Thyssen Museum in Malaga.

There are two types of tour tickets at Museu Carmen Thyssen, regular ticket prices and guided tour prices. Regular individual tickets start from 6 €, and group tickets start from 3,50 €. The guided tour tickets start from 7,50 €. Museu Carmen Thyssen also provides free tickets every Sunday from 17.00, and reduced prices on visitors over 65 years old, students under 26 years old, visitor with more than 33% of disability, Holders of the Carné Joven Euro, residents of Malaga (only for the Permanent Collection), large families (one adult and at least three children, or two, if one of them is disabled).

The Museum opens Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 to 20:00 Monday closed (except public holidays) there are also Special opening hours for Christmas and summer. Reduced opening hours for Christmas which is on December 24th and 31st, from 10 am to 3 pm. The Museum will be closed on December 25th and January 1st. Reduced opening hours for summer are on August 14, 15, 16 and 17, from 10 am to 3 pm.
