Best Time to Visit

There are some important notes about the best time to visit this museum. If you plan to visit the museum in summer (April 1st – October 31st), you better visit MAS from 10 am to 5 pm. The last time to buy the ticket is at 4pm. Meanwhile, if you plan to visit the museum in the winter (November 1st – March 31st), you better visit somewhere between 10am to 5 pm on Tuesday to Sunday to be able to visit museum galleries, and between 9.30 am to 10 pm on Tuesday to Sunday to be able to visit Boulevard and the panorama. Remember that the ticket counter closes at 4 pm.

Will I Need a Guide?

You could choose to explore the museum with a guide or not. Should you need one, you may be required to join a tour around Antwerp. This tour stops at many beautiful spots the city has, including the museum.

How To Get There?

You could go to MAS, you could simply use your car. Once you arrive there, park your car at the street level that is located near the MAS. The car park is called Godefriduskaai car park or Zeevaartstraat 11. In the area, there are 2 parking spots specially provided with visitors with handicaps. The parking spots are on the Van Schoonbekeplein.

This museum is open to all visitors. The museum even accommodates visitors with less mobility, with a visual or auditory handicap. Any handicapped people planning to visit the museum should let the museum's officials in advance so that they could provide any necessary aids.
