The National WWII Museum or The National World War II Museum was previously called as the National D-Day Museum aims to provide and display details of the country's contribution in the Second World War in the allied victory. The collection on the exhibit includes the B-25J Mitchell Bomber, The TBF Avenger, The Corsair F4U-4, the P-51C Mustang, the B-17E Flying Fortress, the SBD-3 Dauntless and the USS Tang's submarine adventure also.
The premises of the museum houses two restaurants named the American Sector Restaurant and Bar and The Soda Shop. Both of these restaurants serve amazing cuisines of the country and the city and also a number of beverages. The bar usually serves alcohol of all types and brands available in the city.
The theatre at the museum usually shows 3D and 4D movies depicting the World War II. One of the regular shows includes the Beyond All Boundaries: 4D movie. The museum hosts a quiz tournament in its premises every year in which a number of students and children participate from all around the world and the tournament is also broadcasted on Cox 4. Another convention conducted by the museum each year is the wargame convention by the wargaming club and is named as 'Heat of Battle'.
