1. Family program

As we can see from the name of the program, this program is meant for all of the families with children in it. The purpose of this program is, of course, to get the children to know about the science but in the fun and unique way. The first one is the Kidspark Activities. In here, the children will be able to play around while learning about science. There are at least six activities which the children can do. The first one is Building Activity. This activity allows the children to build their Lego and play against each other with the other children. The next one is the Animal Encounters Activity. This activity will allow your kids to interact with the animals inside the museum and get to know them one by one. The next activity will be the Learn Activity done by the Early Childhood Studies. This activity will allow the students from the Early Childhood Studies to engage with your kids and teach and assist them in scientific knowledge. The next activity you can join is the Scavenger Hunt Activity. This activity will make your kids become a detective to solve the mystery by exploring the museum and get the prize at the end of the activity. the fourth activity you can join in the museum is the Research Live Activity. in this activity, your kids will be required to help the scientists from the local universities to get the information about how children are developing. Last but not least, the next activity you can join with your kids is the Eyes on the Skies Activity. This activity will provide you and your kids a planetarium show so that your kids can learn about the night sky, the constellation stars, and journey to the moon. Beside Kidspark, you and your kids can also enjoy watching some movies related to space and animals in IMAX Dome Films. The good news is, this movie watching is available almost on every day! So, you do not have to worry if you miss or skip one. The next thing you can do in Ontario Science Centre is that you can hold your kids’ birthday party here. There are even suggested theme related to science. For the 4 to 7 years old kids, you can apply the Imagination Playground theme for the birthday. As for the 5 to 9 years old kids, you can use Biology, Chemistry, Magic and Space for the theme. For the kids in 10 to 12 years old, you can use the Engineering theme for the birthday. Lastly, the next fun thing you can do in Ontario Science Centre is the Sleepovers. In this program, you can take your kids to an adventuring sleepover inside the museum. This program starts with exploring the museum, looking for hints, examine the evidence and then continue to the dance floor at the end of the program.

2. Teens program

2. Teens program

For the teen’s science exhibitions program, the Ontario Science Centre will provide two kinds of programs. The first one is the Science School Program and the second one is the Science Competition. The first program is to allow the teens to be able to learn more about science. This program will be exciting because the Ontario Science Centre provides the teens with exciting environment and friends. There are five courses which the teens can take in this Science School program. There is a Biology course, Chemistry course, Physics course, Advanced Functions course, and Calculus and Vectors course. Besides courses, there will be practicum and group project and other fun activities. Also, this Science School program is free but the students are required to arrange their own accommodations while joining this program. The next program for the teens is related to the Science School Program. Why? Because, after you are done joining the Science School program, you will be able to create new innovation related to science and submit your creation to the Weston Youth Innovation Competition and win the award.

3. Adults program

3. Adults program
