Panthasialand is a theme park in the city with loads of opportunities to have fun for you and your family. Housing some of the greatest rides, slides, swings and games, the Panthasialand attracts almost 1.8 million include the Berlin, Wuze Town, Tikal, Chiapas, Deep in Africa, Black Mamba, Feng Ju Palace, Temple of the Night Hawk, Wakobato, Winjas, Hollywood Tour, Talocan, Colorado Adventure, River Quest, Taron, Geister Rikscha, Maus au Chocolat and many more. The park is spread over an area of 69 acres and has almost 5 water rides, 7 rollar coasters and overall 36 rides. The amazing attractions and rousing indoor and outdoor shows are themed by six different zones. Great fun and there are many things to do at Phantasialand for the whole family!
1. Water Parks and Field Trips
First things to do at Water Parks are the perfect place to get your thrills, with plenty of steep, twisting slides and adrenaline-pumping attractions. Also in the field trip, you can riding all of the mode there. However, the field trips are only for teens to adults. Kids are not permitted to play the danger mode.
2. Zoo and Wildlife Parks
Zoo and wildlife parks are popular places to visit, and for most of us they are our only opportunity to get close to wild animals, such as elephants, lions, apes, whales and reptiles.
3. The Parks and Museums
The biggest and best new white- knuckle thrill machines to tradional children's rides, from side-shows and arcades to toffee apples and candy floss these are some of the world's fun fairs city theme parks, pleasure gardens and seaside board walks.
How to Get Tickets?
If you stay in the VRS local public transport association area (Cologne Bonn) you can buy a Kombi-Tickets Phantasialand which covers the tour inside the VRS area to Brühl, the private shuttle bus to Phantasialand (EUR 1.50 otherwise) and the admission to Panthasialand. Pays however only for person 12 y and older. Can be bought at VRS sales points. (Plain admission tickets is EUR 49,50, plus the shuttle bus EUR 1,50, plus VRS fare). If you still get confused, you may visit the website or just come to the tickets officer.
How To Get Around?
You can walking around the park by foot using your map as your guide.
What Should I Wear?
There is no specific dress code. You may carry a casual clothess. Get a pair of comfortable shoes. Carry a few tops and t-shirts along with a scarf. Pack your coolest cap/hat along with you favourite pair of denim and pants. Otherwise, becareful to wear cap/hat and scarf when you want to ride the field trip.
Best Time to Visit
The warm months starting from April are the best time. The crowd is less and the hotels are cheaper than the usual. You can also enjoy your tour sightseeing a lot.
Will I Need a Guide?
A guide will not be needed as in the website has substantial information about all the things to do you might need to know throught your tour. Thus, a guide is unnecessary. So you can enjoy and explore the place by yourself and your family.
How To Get There?
Phantasialand can be easily reached on foot from any other central attractions.
Lockers can be rented for the day also if you need wheelchairs it is available to rent. Pick up service available on request (approx. 5.00 euros). Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passangers to meet requirements. In the event of this occuring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.
