With ornamental features enclosed in the dome-like structures, fascinating work of architecture and beautiful insights, the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart is one of the prettiest castles in the world and is quite popular. With a number of rooms and massive constructions, the castle binds the history as well as the architecture of the country under one roof. The vivid sculptures and frescoes imprinted on the walls, chandeliers suspended from the ceiling and paintings on the roof, make the castle one of a kind.

The White Hall in the Porsche Museum

The White Hall in the Porsche Museum

The White Hall in the Porsche Museum is an extremely beautiful room with elegant features and a festive aura. The room used to be the reception area for the elite guests in the past. At the time when the Duke was Carl Eugen, a number of rushing balls, lavish gala dinners, and splendid receptions were conducted in the hall. It is regarded as the centrepiece of the entire castle. The walls of the hall are lined up with stucco marble and have been divided in Corinthian columns. The windows are in French style which wrap around the balcony of the hall. With an oval ceiling, the roof is covered in an amazing painting which was created by Nicolas Guibal in the year 1768. Along the perimeter of the ceiling, magnificent chandeliers are suspended from the roof which enhances the beauty of the room with its light.

The Castle Chapel in the Porsche Museum

The Castle Chapel in the Porsche Museum

The Castle Chapel in the Porsche Museum is one of the most amazing attractions of the castle. From the outside, the chapel is not at all recognisable, however, on the inside, it is a very beautiful chapel with a mesmerising interior and another roof painting on the oval ceiling by Nicolas Guibal. Splendid unfolds in the church along with a pretty seating arrangement where people can sit and connect with the Almighty and pray. The walls of the chapel which is rectangular in shape are made to be columnised with large arched windows and neoclassical stucco decorations, Christ's suffering tools, illuminated white space, Baroque cherubs, and a ducal box make the chapel extremely elegant and divine.

The Dome of the Porsche Museum

The Dome of the Porsche Museum

The Dome of the Porsche Museum can be accessed by the people by a secret flight of spiral, narrow stairs inhibited inside the castle. The dome provides an extraordinary view of the Strohgau and the wooded heights of the city. The dome may be dusky, narrow, and dark but it houses an amazing collection of paintings and frescoes on the oval ceiling in its interior. It usually works as an observation deck now as it offers great views of the city and appears to be quite adventurous and mysterious. With sculptures peeping through the roof of the dome and paintings surrounding the oval ceiling with elegant work on the insides, the dome makes for quite an attraction inside the complex of the castle.
