There is also a 1.4 m deep swimming pool which is fed from the underground hot spring. This is a must thing to do at Ronghui Hot Springs when you visit.
2. The Outdoor Hot Spring
The outdoor hot spring area is more than 10.000 square meter. It features dozens of pools of different sizes and types. There are traditional Chinese medicine pools, essential oils pools, rose petal pools, red wine pools, and more. The outdoor area takes more than half an hour just to go around to see every pool. The outdoor hot spring area is on a lush, tree-covered hill, which covers over ten thousand square meters. The hot spring water vapor floating in the trees and mountains provide visitors with the distinctive feeling of the hot springs culture. Additionally, some corridors between the pools are full of little fish. When you walk through these corridors, the fish eat the dead skin on your feet. The Water Park
Rong Hui also boasts an eight thousand square meter dynamic water park with a water maze, a high-speed ramp, and a surfing pond. You can access this water park with your Ronghui Hot Springs ticket. This part of the hot springs is perfect for family and children. The surfing pond makes waves every day at 3:00, 5:00, 7:00, and 9:00 PM, allowing visitors an opportunity to surf. How to Get Tickets?
You can buy Ronghui Hot Springs tickets at the venue or book online. There are websites that sell Ronghui Hot Springs tickets online. The entrance fee is 135 to 170 RMB depending on day.
How To Get Around?
The entrance is right next to the Radisson. When you enter, go to the counter to get an electronic bracelet that allows access to your locker and tallies your purchases so you can pay when you leave the establishment so no cash is used until you leave.
What Should I Wear?
You should wear your appropriate swimming suit in the pool. Towels and toiletries are included in the Hot Springs ticket. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes and drinking water.
Best Time to Visit
November through March are the best months to go. Make sure you get your Ronghui Hot Springs ticket during these months. A dip in the warm water feels good when the air temperature is low. A draw back of going during the cold months is that the local Chinese usually go there in cold weather, and it might get crowded. To avoid crowds, go on weekdays, when there are no holidays, and after 10 am. On the other hand, if you go when it is hot outside, there are so few locals there that you could have the big place almost to yourself.

How To Get There?
Ronghui Hot Springs is located at Lishuwan Village in Shapingba, Chongqing. It is right next to the Radisson Blu Hotel in Shapingba that is about 100 meters away. From Shapingba Metro Station on line 1, take bus 224 that goes to the front of it. It is about a 50 minute walk from that metro station. Taking a taxi or Uber is highly recommended.
When you enter the park, you will find your locker where you change and get your sandals and a towel. Everyone must shower before entering the waters. There are dozens of different pools there, most are scented with different scents and natural oils. There are English signs describing the health benefit of each pool in case you need it. Please note that photographs are not allowed in the hot springs area.
