1. The First Storey
Here, visitors can have meals at cafes, purchase tickets, and shop merchandises of your kids' favorite cartoon characters. Surely, this storey is accessible by all visitors.
2. The Second Storey
As you come to this storey, you are at Sanrio Hello Kitty Town. Surely, you'll be amazed by all of the cuteness and pink color all around. You can explore the home of Hello Kitty. You also can pose with her, watch her performance on stage alive, experience adventures with her in Hello Kitty in Oz, enjoy family rides, and enjoy other activities. Make sure you know that the Oz gate is open hourly and the capacity is limited. Always check the queue and the opening hour at least ten minutes before you enter. As you have a chance to enter the Oz, you will receive an electronic device shaped like Hello Kitty and when you shout “The Great Witch of Oz” this device will do the kick-starting the challenges at all stations in Oz. There are also interactive games activated by the device to start games. The score the payers have will be recorded on the device. Visitors can only play each game once. The devices should be returned to the counter when checking out and based on the score we will receive a gift like postcards, stamp, and others. As you check out the Alley of Oz World, you'll find a place where you can buy limited edition merchandises.
3. The Third Storey
As you enter the third floor, you'll meet other cute characters, such as Barney, Angelina Ballerina, Pingu, and Bob the Builder. Small kids surely will feel thrilled just to play at the play areas such as Barney's Playhouse, Barney's Yard, Angelina Dance Studio, and Pingu's Igloo, etc. There is also a theater where your family can enjoy mini shows. To make small kids even happier is they can have a meet and greet session with their favorite cartoon characters such as Barney and Friends, Pingu, Bob the Builder and Wendy, and Angelina Ballerina.
4. The Fourth Storey
This floor is the place where you can meet Thomas and his friends. There are many interesting rides here. You and your kids can try Bertie the Bus, Harold's Heli-tour Ride, Colin Crane Drop Ride, and Bumping Buffers Steamies and Diesel Ride, etc. small kids can also enjoy a nice time at Sodor Playground. This is a large two-storey-climbing-structure where kids have to climb up the tower and pass the train station to enter this playground encircled by the track of trains. Here, your kids can try the ride of Knapford Station Thomas Train. Parents can have a rest at parents' Lounge with massage chairs and seating areas available in this place. There is also a café to have bites while keeping an eye on their children.
5. The Candy Parade
Before leaving Sanrio Hello Kitty Town and Thomas Town, it is suggested that you watch candy Parade. It is a kind of an amazing-twenty-minute medley-performance of Hello Kitty, Dear Daniel and friends, and other characters. There are also dancers in unique colorful candy outfits appearing from hover-boards and roller blades with the carts that are full of candies. Lady Kitty and Daniel will interact with the visitors while singing. It is such an energetic and fun performance. After the performance is over, audiences have a chance to take photos with the characters.

To enter the Sanrio Hello Kitty Town only, adults will have to pay RM 62 and children will have to pay RM 62. To enter Thomas Town only, adults and children will have to pay RM 62. If visitors want to two of them, children and adults will have to pay RM 90. It is great to book online, just click its website and search booking tickets. If you have booked, you'll receive an email with printable tickets. Whether your tickets are printable or mobile, you should show them to the officer at the entrance gate since your tickets need to be exchanged before entering the park.

This theme park is located on Persiaran Puteri Selatan, Puter Harbor 79000 Nusajaya Johor Darul Takzim Malaysia. If you are in Johor Bahru, it takes only twenty minutes to go to the park by car. If you are in Kuala Lumpur, you can take a one-way transfer service by selecting the transfer package to G area.
Every time you enter the theme park, you'll be required to show your passport and visa if your country doesn't belong to the group of countries with free-visa to enter Malaysia. Two years old children and under are free to enter the park. If those children are taller than 90 cm, they will have to show the identity before entering the park. You also need to know that the park is closed on Tuesdays. If you need lockers, you can go down to the ground floor and rent lockers for RM 10 or RM 20 depending on the size.
