Inaugurated in the year 1977, the aquarium is open to the public and ranks amongst the top aquariums of the city and the country. This exhibit is housed inside a transparent tank, spherical in shape with almost 1,500,000 liters of water in it. The exhibit was inaugurated in the year 1977 and most of the species of the exhibit are proposed to be found in the Puget Sound which includes Sharks, Rockfish, Salmon, Skates, Sturgeon, and Lingcod. The people visiting can gather around the transparent tank and view the animals inside. This is one of the major attractions of the aquarium.

The exhibit hosts a tank containing almost 450,000 liters of water. The exhibit hopes to build a replica of Washington's coastal waters and feature the marine animals which include Salmon, Sea anemones, and Rockfish. In the expansion plan of 2007, the tank was expanded from its original size. Regular shows are conducted featuring dives by the divers who wear masks specially made for them. These shows are conducted many times in a day. The divers interact with the animals and simultaneously talk to the people. The people enjoy this exhibit the most due to its interaction activity.

The exhibit displays a donut-shaped glass which is 12 feet in height where the entire tank is full of Moon jellies and a giant Pacific Octopus, with a table screen through which the people can look at some other drifters like the Plankton, Juvenile fish, and Seastars.
