What Should I Wear?
You can wear t-shirt to make comfortable when you are having a trip. Make sure you always wear comfortable walking shoes or maybe sandals since you are going to be walking in the beach area. Cap may be needed when you are there, to make your hair still on its place. Make sure you bring cool, casual clothes if you visit Tup Island in summer. Or you can use a beach dress to make your look more fashionable during the holiday. Don't forget to bring your sunscreen! The Thai sun can be very strong and lead to unpleasant sunburns.
Best Time to Visit
The best time to visit Tup Island is in late January to March since the best weather conditions are on those two months. You can see the clear blue skies, calm waves and friendly temperatures. It is perfect for having a beach holiday. During this period, you can also avoid peak season charges (December to January) at your hotels due to Christmas and New Year. If you prefer to visit this island during the rainy season, you can do it. Despite the risks of showers, it is cooler, cheaper and less crowded. In Krabi, it is a common to get a whole week of sunny (or rainy) days during the rainy season.

How To Get There?
The best way to get to this island is to join the tour that is provided by a company in that area by speedboat (or any similar transportation). If you just want to go there to spend the day without doing other activity such as snorkeling, you could pack a lunch, and simply take a long-tail boat from Ao Nang, Railay, Klong Muang or Nopparat Thara. It will cost you around 300 baht per person to get there from Ao Nang. However, if you do not use private boat, you have to wait for the boat to have at least eight persons before leaving. Alternatively you can also hire a private long-tail boat with a driver to take you island hopping to all four islands for 2,200 baht.
