Gorky Park, also called as Maksim Gorky Central Children's Park is open to public and was inaugurated in the year 1800. The park is situated near the Yanka Kupala Park and the Victory Square which are other major attractions of the city and can be toured along this park as they are close by. The park houses an indoor skating ring called the Ice Palace, an amusement park, a planetarium and also an education observatory. There are a lot of opportunities to have fun and enjoy at the park.
Belarusian Great Patriotic War Museum is a museum in the city which has been incorporated in the memorial of the war between the Germans and Soviets after the Nazi occupation ended. How To Get Around
Metro is the easiest for international tourists. With an affordable ticket price, it can get you anywhere, especially to the main attractions of the city. What Should I Wear
You should dress as you normally would. The city can get really cold during the winter, so if you're planning to go during that season, do bundle up. Some Orthodox churches might now allow you to enter if you're wearing short shorts, short skirts, and/or tank tops. Some ideas for what to wear: trousers for men, skirts below the knee for women, and casual tops, long-sleeved for the cold.

A metro can be taken from the Plaza to reach the Minsk's Tsentralnyi Bus Station which make will make you reach the city directly very soon. If you're traveling to Minsk from nearby cities, like Kiev, Warsaw, Vilnius, and Moscow, you can ride the train, which are convenient.
It's not proper to drink in public places such as streets, stadiums, squares, and parks. There are several places, like KGB building, where you aren't allowed to take pictures of, so do be careful and make sure you read all the signs about camera allowance. People in Belarus can speak Belarusians and Russians. Do not swear in their language in public. The plug in Belarus are type C and type F. Type C is the plug with two round pins, and type F is the one with two round pins too but with two earth clips on the side.
