Hohensalzburg Fortress is a small hill in Salzburg at an altitude of 506 meters. The fortress is compiled of a number of wings and courtyard. The main attractions of the fortress are the Salzburg Bull, The Golden Hall, the Chapel of Archbishop Leonhard von Keutschach, The Golden Chamber and the Bed Chamber. Mirabell Palace is one of the historical buildings in Salzburg. The palace has numerous gardens and is a cultural heritage monument and also a part of the Historic center of the city. Salzburg Zoo, also known as the Tiergarten Hellbrunn, is a zoo in the city. It houses almost 1200 animals from very 140 species. The zoo is located in the southern part of the city in the Anifer street of the Anifer district. The zoo spreads over an area of 14 hectares. The zoo's animal list includes the Alpine ibex, brown bears, pygmy mice, white rhino, red pandas, sloths, lowland tapirs and others.
